Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Contact our Customer Service team by filling out an online form with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable). Ship the product back in its original packaging.
NON-REUNDABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used hair products (shampoos, conditioners, styling products, etc.)
- Hair extensions and wigs that have been worn or altered.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
