All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping method and destination:

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. Use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Contact our Customer Service team by filling out an online form with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable). Ship the product back in its original packaging.
NON-REUNDABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used hair products (shampoos, conditioners, styling products, etc.)
- Hair extensions and wigs that have been worn or altered.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
