Returns are accepted when process is initiated within business 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

 

To initiate the return process, contact our Customer Service team by filling out this online form with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable). Ship the product back in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used hair products (shampoos, conditioners, styling products, etc.)

  • Hair extensions and wigs that have been worn or altered.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
