Returns are accepted when process is initiated within business 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable). Ship the product back in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used hair products (shampoos, conditioners, styling products, etc.)

• Hair extensions and wigs that have been worn or altered.
